Con entusiasmo, energía y participación de todas las edades, Talagante conmemoró el Día Internacional de la Actividad Física con una gran jornada realizada en el Estadio Municipal. La actividad reunió a establecimientos educacionales, clubes de adultos mayores y talleres deportivos de la comuna, en una verdadera fiesta del movimiento y la vida sana.
Durante la jornada se llevaron a cabo diversas actividades recreativas, deportivas y de integración, promoviendo la importancia de mantenerse activos para mejorar la salud física y mental.
La actividad contó con la presencia de nuestro alcalde Sebastián Rosas Guerrero, quien compartió con los asistentes y destacó el valor de incorporar el deporte y los hábitos saludables desde la infancia y a lo largo de todas las etapas de la vida:"Fomentar la actividad física es fundamental para construir una comuna más saludable, con mejor calidad de vida y más espacios de encuentro comunitario. Nos alegra ver cómo distintas generaciones se suman con entusiasmo a este tipo de iniciativas", señaló.
Esta jornada es parte del compromiso constante del municipio por promover el deporte, la recreación y el bienestar de nuestros vecinos y vecinas.
